A Movement Rooted in Purpose, Pleasure, and Deep Human Connection
Awe Hospitality was born from a simple yet radical idea: that hospitality can be a transformative force: for individuals, communities, and the planet.
In a world moving too fast, we slow things down. We design experiences that awaken the senses, stir the soul, and reconnect people to what matters most. From Parisian-inspired absinthe lounges to mezcal temples and art-forward elixir bars, every space we create is a portal to presence.
At the heart of our mission is a profound reverence for nourishment, not just of the body, but of the spirit.
We believe food is medicine—an expression of love, healing, and connection. Feeding people is one of the highest forms of service, and feeding them the right thing is the ultimate gift. Through intentional ingredients, global flavors, and elevated rituals, we are rewriting how people see and connect to food. We make wellness feel decadent. We make nourishment taste like celebration.
Our hospitality group isn’t just about what’s on the plate or in the glass: it’s about what happens around the table. It’s the laughter, the poetry, the conversation that changes your life. It’s the rediscovery of awe in the everyday.
With each concept we launch—whether a speakeasy, a retreat center, or a non-alcoholic elixir brand, we’re building a world where hospitality becomes healing, and pleasure becomes purpose.
We are here to curate unforgettable nights. To serve the sacred. To leave the world more connected than we found it.
This is Awe Hospitality.
Where every bite is a blessing.
Where every drink is a ritual.
Where every gathering is a spark of something greater.

OUR MISSION: FUELED BY PURPOSE
At Awe Hospitality, we’re passionate about crafting creative experiences through food and drink, connecting people of diverse backgrounds. Our mission is to promote Culinary Anthropology, studying food’s cultural significance to foster connection and community. We’re dedicated to creating enriching experiences, strengthening relationships, and making the world more connected and beautiful.
Visiting one of our establishments means joining a community that respects tradition, embraces diversity, and explores gastronomy with purpose. We welcome you to learn about the cultures inspiring our dishes and libations, leaving you hopefully with an inspiration to explore the world.
Slow Food Movement
We are proud to be a supporter of the Slow Food movement. The initiatives undertaken by the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity encompass over 10,000 small-scale farmers across the globe including some in the San Diego region. The support of this movement is instrumental in backing projects in developing nations, where safeguarding biodiversity extends beyond enhancing the quality of life; it becomes a matter of preserving life itself. Our hospitality group works directly with local farmers, fishermen or any local artisan that work with the same principles. We believe that this is the only way to preserve sustainable food sources and our biodiversity in the long run.
